BizGrow Studio operates on a transparent, month-to-month subscription model. Because access to the software platform, proprietary workflows, and native API integrations is granted instantly upon successful payment, we enforce a strict refund policy to prevent software abuse.
1. Workspace Provisioning & Carrier Registration Fee
The one-time Workspace Provisioning & Carrier Registration Fee of $299 is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee covers immediate, fixed third-party costs incurred by us the moment your account is created, including:
- Automated environment deployment and pre-loaded workflow licensing
- Automated connection to the Google My Business API and deployment of pre-built workflow templates
- Interactive software guides and access provisioning
- Third-party carrier network registration (A2P 10DLC compliance costs for SMS)
2. Monthly Subscription Fees
All monthly subscription fees for active platform modules (Reputation Suite, Lead Capture Suite, Booking Suite, Digital Presence Suite) are non-refundable.
What is allowed:
- Cancelling your subscription at any time
- Continuing to use the platform until the end of your current paid billing cycle
- Downgrading your plan for the next billing cycle
What is NOT allowed:
- Prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations
- Refunds for "unused" software or missed feature deployment
- Refunds due to third-party network blocking (e.g. carrier SMS rejection due to your content)
3. Module Add-ons and Upgrades
If you choose to upgrade your plan or activate additional modules mid-cycle, you will be billed the prorated difference for the remainder of that cycle. One-time module infrastructure allocation fees ($97 per module) are non-refundable once the module has been activated within your dashboard.
4. Cancellation Process
You have full control over your subscription. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date.
Cancellations can be processed by:
- Logging into your Customer Portal at app.bizgrowstudio.com
- Navigating to Settings > Billing
- Selecting "Cancel Subscription"
Alternatively, you may email support@bizgrowstudio.com at least 48 hours before your renewal date to request cancellation.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We log all platform logins, API connections, and automated workflow triggers. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider for a valid subscription charge or the non-refundable activation fee, your account will be immediately suspended.
We will submit all access logs, signed agreements, and usage data to the financial institution to dispute the chargeback. Accounts suspended due to chargebacks will be permanently banned from the BizGrow Studio platform.
If you believe you were billed in error due to a technical glitch, please contact support@bizgrowstudio.com within 7 days of the charge.
